The founder
I used to dread English class, especially spelling, and getting called on to read out loud was my worst fear. As part of my acceptance to UF, I was placed in a special English prep course, where I discovered I’m dyslexic.
With the right support, I learned to embrace my unique way of thinking, and now creative writing and public speaking are two of my greatest strengths. Dyslexia is now my superpower! I’ve spent over 35 years solving complex business problems by building strong cultures, streamlining operations, and creating award-winning organizational and employee development programs that truly move the needle.
Based in Charleston, SC, I stay grounded through my community work, whether serving on nonprofit boards, mentoring within my church’s Fatherhood Ministry, or cooking the best chili in Chucktown. I also enjoy watching sci-fi with my kids. I lead with heart, and I build programs that turn potential into performance.
